All deliveries are sent from our own warehouses or delivered from importers (Drop Shipping) via GLS / TNT.

All orders are including VAT and sent at a transmission rate of 6.95€ (under 10 kg) or 29.00€ (over 10 kg).
For orders over 500€ we charge NO shipping.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible. We try to deliver all orders (which are in stock) to you within 2-5 working days. The delivery time of the products can be found in the description of the product in the shop.

Quality Control
All Savew@re articles are controlled on operation before they are sent out and are provided with an OK Sticker.

Delivery times if items are out of stock (indicated when you place an item in your cart):
  • LED Bulbs: 1 week - 2 weeks
  • Design Lighting: 1 week - 2 weeks
  • LED strips: 3-5 days made ??in our own factory
  • Custom made Lighting: 3 - 4 weeks

  • We will keep you informed during your order status . If an article is no longer available, you can of course cancel your order or choose a different article.

    All prices in the shop include 21% VAT.

    You have the right (in accordance with the Dutch / European law "Distance selling") to return the order within 14 days without giving any reason if they do not meet your expectations (except for customized products). We apply a period of 14 working days. The cost of return will are for the customer, the cost of the order will be refunded by Savew@re. Items must be unused and undamaged and in original packaging and eventual protective film.

    Savew@re only supplies new and original products. Our products are of the highest quality and are made to last. However, if you have a product that doesn’t work without your own fault, we will replace it in accordance with the warranty. We are responsible for the warranty and conformity as the law provides. In addition, at least 2 years manufacturer warranty, but this does not limit the statutory warranty. Within two years, you're covered for warranty if any mistakes were made at the factory. For the manufacturer's warranty, we refer to the terms of our manufacturers.

    You are entitled to the replacement and the costs which are made for the returning of goods when a product is defective without your fault. If the returned product is found to be defective by Savew@re and under warranty, we will send, if still available, the same or otherwise an equivalent new product on costs of Savew@e. If after replacing the product it is not satisfactory again, the customer may rescind from the contract.

    To start the warranty process, the following steps should be followed:

    1. We would like your attention to read our warranty provisions in section 12 of the Terms and Conditions before you send us the guarantee request.
    2. Inform Savew@re by mail about your warranty request (please mention your order number) via: info@saveware.eu or use our Contact form

    We would like to receive a description of the problem and an explanation in this e-mail. On this basis we can examine what the most efficient way is to recover the product or to replace it.
    3. After approval of your submitted request and complete data, you will receive an email with the RMA number and shipping instructions. Please complete the RMA form completely and please make a copy of your (purchase) invoice.
    4. Pack the product thoroughly and add all the forms. Under robust package we mean that the product (although this may be defective) is properly packaged so that it is somewhat protected from falling, bumps and indentations. Products that are returned and are not packaged properly and therefore have suffered unnecessary damage, will not be accepted.

    Do not forget to add the RMA form and invoice. Without these forms, it is difficult for Savew@re to trace whose return it is and this will cause unnecessary delay. Therefore, please write your order number as well clearly on the parcel.
    5. Send the package with sufficient postage to the address specified in the mail.
    6. After receiving your package, we will assess your return as soon as possible. We keep you informed on the progress / handling by e-mail. For questions you can always contact us through the customer service.

    If your complaint is not detected and there is wrongful warranty claim. Then Savew@re is entitled to charge 29.95€ research costs or the cost of any investigation by the manufacturer.
